As Editorial & Engagement Manager at Alemba, I am responsible for crafting the messaging and positioning for Alemba’s ASM ITSM software solutions. My duties include writing marketing collateral and online content, assisting with sales enablement, and managing and developing the strategy for the marketing programs that drive demand for Alemba’s products. I also assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, the launch of new products and releases, as well as other promotional events. In addition, I am also responsible for coordinating the efforts of Alemba’s tenders and procurement team.
