MisAbogados is a legal broker startup, we get legal questions and problem descriptions from clients, consult them for free and propose them an affordable lawyer with according speciality and location if a client needs one. I started on this position as single developer in this startup when in only started to get traction, and I was in charge of everything technical: Ruby on Rails site with backoffice, system administration and occasional on-site SEO. During first months I rebuild the site, integrated WebPay-based payment tool for lawyers, improved backoffice experience and patched holes in on-site SEO. Then we received further funding and started to get overwhelmed with work, so we decided to build a business process management and expert system to give a structure to our workflow and gradually automatize what we can automatize. I'm building this system now, first version is in alpha, and we now have other developer/SEO specialist making small changes in existing site and managing SEO and ad campaigns.
