I have successfully litigated many high value divorce, guardianship, and estate actions. I am an approved R.1:40 family law mediator and a volunteer Bergen County Mandatory Early Settlement Panelist. My practice is devoted to family law, guardianship, and matters. During my career, I have been appointed in dozens of guardianship matters as attorney for alleged incapacitated persons. Over the past several years I have been appointed with greater and increasing frequency in the capacities of temporary guardian pendente lite, substitute guardian, substitute administrator, substitute administrator CTA, guardian ad litem, and mediator in high conflict, high profile, complex, contested guardianship and estate actions. I am regularly appointed by the Court to investigate, assess, and resolve high conflict disputes.
