I hired Else as office manager back in 2008 and never for a moment regretted this decision. Not only did she make our office a great well-organized place to work at, she also took up a lot of extra work on her plate. At some point we asked her to do all accounting, which until then was done by my companion Teus Lourens. Within a couple of weeks she had it all under control saving us a lot of work and stress. She also insisted to dive in to our human resource management, making our employee archives not only comply with the law but also make them actually useful for ourselves.
