  My work field is very open and wide. In short sentence - as Design Manager at Posti, I develop the retail network in a wide design and executive aspect. There are so many things to work with in a big company like Posti is. Retail environment is the physical and visual place of the brand. Our close to 1000 face to face retail places have a lot of development and work behind them. There are various concepts that we have developed. There are shop fitting furniture’s that have been designed from the scratch to suit the different concepts and shop in shop environments. Many of the projects have had detailed planning and testing with the manufacturer about the quality, durability and cost. Balancing between the detailed industrial design aspects and the higher-level visual requirements of external design agencies that have been co-operating with us. There are focused thoughts about how people observe, move and function. In my role, I am a central connection between the project and the company’s requirements. I enjoy being in the heart of the developing. During these years in the company, I have experienced many big changes. Posti has changed two times it’s brand identity and is currently strongly developing it again. In retail world, that means a big& detailed change in everything physically, visually - of course mentally. The brand visions must be transported to every detail. Our own reforms or new commercial space projects are very engaging for me. Before finalizing that kind of project at Posti, there are many things to be solved starting with my layout design and ending to the inquires handled with the procurement department and many parts with a competitive tendering that also needs my participation. During these years I have grown to be a sharp Project& Design Manager working in a great and motivated teamwork mood. I am pretty good balance of problem solving, logical, cost-efficient project manager and as well very creative designer and out of the box thinker. Show less

  In Ekipashop (Spain) I worked as a technical project manager in shopfitting and manufacturing projects.
