We inspire leaders in fast-paced, ambitious businesses to drive change in their organisations in partnership with their people. We work with boards and senior leaders to create an authentic, trust-worthy, inspirational and passionate leadership community at the top of the business. Work becomes meaningful for the leader and for their people and the customer sits at the heart of everything they do. Whether we are running development programmes for leaders or helping you change the culture of your organisation we are dedicated to results. When clients describe the work they do with us as tough but one of the most important things they've done in their lives we're delighted. When they say it's transformed their organisation's results we know we did our job. • Sep 1995 - Sep 1999

My PhD thesis was focused on elucidating the “Mechanisms of Activation of cPLA2, Key Enzyme in the Production of Inflammatory Lipid Mediators”. My PhD was financed by SANOFI (Bourse de Docteur Ingénieur - Grant for Engineers pursuing a PhD at CNRS). I developed cellular models and assays to test the effect of molecules developed by Sanofi on the activity of cPLA2. These models were further used in my research to understand the way cPLA2 is activated in human cells.
