  As a QC IPC supervisor I'm responsible for a team of six analysts, analysts are working in a team of 24 analysts working in shifts. I'm responsible for daily follow-up in process control testing, coaching quality control analysts and training new analists. At the moment I'm focussing on people management and first-line troubleshooting of spectrophotometric and HPLC-based methods.
