RGF Staffing is a Human Resources service provider from A-Z. The Belgian companies of RGF Staffing are: Start People, Solvus, USG Professionals, Bright Plus, Entrili, Unique, Receptel and Express Medical. Services such as finance, ICT, payroll, legal, L&D, facility and so on are ensured from our central office.As Project Manager, I'm responsible for the implementation and optimization of diverse HR-services such as interim, RPO, MSP... for the different RGF Staffing Belgium Brands.Responsibilities:- Coordination of the project from start to finish- Writing a global plan of action and subdividing it into sub-projects, taking into account scope, timing and resources- Composition of the project team: identifying the team members and stakeholders- Coaching and motivation of the team with the aim of achieving the result- Point of contact for the internal/external customers and development teams- Continuously monitoring of the scope, timing and budget of the project - Organize status meetings internally and externally- Focus on digitalization, automation and innovation
