I’m a Positive Psychology Coach offering executive, career, and life coaching. If you are making changes in your life or work, or are pursuing a significant goal, I think you’ll find that I have the experience and expertise to help you get where you want to go – even if you’re not sure where that is yet. Common client goals include: -I want to build my leadership capacity -I want to effectively delegate and manage my time -I want to have better balance and boundaries with my work -I want to transition to new work or explore a career break -I want to move out of burnout My coaching draws upon my business and nonprofit experience, my education, and my expertise in Positive Psychology, a research-based branch of psychology that studies the art of thriving, resiliency, and the causes of happiness and success. I received my coach training and certification through the Wholebeing Institute. Show less

City Kids Wilderness Project is a nonprofit youth development organization for DC youth focused on building resiliency, broadening horizons, and ensuring skills for success. Youth enroll in the 6th grade and are supported through high school graduation and beyond. The organization offers extensive afterschool and weekend programs during the school year, and every summer brings youth to its property in Jackson, WY for additional outdoor adventure, leadership, and career training programming. As the leader of this organization, I was responsible for all aspects of management, fundraising, and operations, as well as strategic oversight and implementation. During my tenure I expanded staff from 3 to 15 year-round team members and 30+ seasonal staff; increased annual revenue from $600,000 to over $2 million; doubled program offerings from 100 to 230 days per year; and increased youth served from fewer than 75 to more than 130 annually. Every year, more than 95% of program participants graduate high school. Show less
