  My role was to develop cell lines to screen antibodies using flow cytometry or reporter gene assays. Moreover, when I joined, we just moved to a new lab which we had to set up from the beginning. My role had been to put a system in place to assess cells quality and create cell banks.

  Cerevance was created as a spin off from Takeda. My role here was to participate to the implementation of an academic plateform within the company. The plateform was used to extract, stain and sort human brain nuclei with the goal being to identify transcription differences between different brain cell types to ultimately discover new target for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders. We had to optimise the process and create a foolproof plateform to increase data production.
