J’ai eu l’opportunité d’encadrer Élodie Tacussel durant un stage de 2 mois au sein de l’équipe Machine de Réplication Virale de l’Institut de Biologie Structurale. Élodie a montré durant ces deux mois un sérieux et un professionnalisme tant dans sa pratique au laboratoire que dans ses rapports ponctuels à l’équipe. Elle a fait preuve de solides bases dans l’application des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire acquises durant sa formation en BTS biotechnologies. Elle a su aussi montrer son intérêt pour le projet et une réelle curiosité scientifique pour les avancées réalisées, même après son départ. J’ai pu observer au cours de son stage l’acquisition d’une autonomie et d’une adaptabilité face aux imprévus. À un titre plus personnel, collaborer avec Élodie Tacussel a été une expérience enrichissante et formatrice. Former une étudiante motivée et impliquée dans le projet qu’on lui confie est très stimulant. Élodie ne rechigne pas à effectuer de larges quantité de travail et elle le fait toujours avec envie et sourire. Elle a également pris part à la vie du laboratoire apportant un souffle nouveau dans l'équipe et je serais ravie de la retrouver pour de futurs projets. Bonne route !
