Lesmak is manufacturing injection machines for production of shoe soles. Before I started to work for the compnay, the number of countries where the company was exporting was 17, of which 11 were active. At the time I quit, Lesmak was exporting to 47 countries, 35 of which were active. For this period the company reached an average anual export sales growth rate of aprox. 47%. During this period, I visited more than 20 countries and more than 50 cities as a consequence of the fair participations and customer visits I did. As a result of a project I managed about the South American market, we entered the South American market and within 2 years we gained a 14% market share in the region. Other than sales, as a result of a market research I did, after analyzing and figuring out the customers' needs, the new trends and the developments in the market I contributed in the increase of the product range of the company by adding 3 new products.
