I also help on change management projects to enable teams to control and reduce that complexity. In my work, I aim to combine with my view as a researcher and my experiences from practical application. I frequently speak at industry and research conferences, both in Germany and internationally. I have given 100+ conference presentations and 10+ keynotes.

  Munich, Bavaria, Germany I work as a Post-Doctoral researcher at the Technical University of Munich. In this part-time role, I give lectures on software quality, supervise Bachelor and Master thesis students and two PhD students. I also serve on the PCs of several leading research conferences (usually for the industry track), including: ICSE, FSE, MSR, WSRE and SE.
