Leadership/Language training
-
Nov 2008 - Jan 2009
I was intimately involved in training Hospital Directors to receive training from the Center for Disease control trainers from Atlanta who were in Morocco to provide immunology tracking services to the Moroccan Ministry of Health. Morocco has an institution where all Medical Doctors and potential hospital administrators must go to recieve their final certifications and training. I was Responsible for training the staff on Leadership skills and English language use. I ran bi weekly seminars where we would discuss different social events and idea's on how to potentially create solutions to existing social problems in the Moroccan Health system. One very positive result was the recent push for a regulatory body to recertify physicians by requiring continuing education. Show less
