Parent Aide

Feb 2013 - Aug 2013
Collaborated closely with Child Protection Services, Parents and Children to evaluate their family model, and make necessary adjustments in the interests of child safety. Together we were able to identify inadequate family structures, and establish clear set goals that would ultimately lead to the children returning home. With the use of weekly monitored and reported visitations, as well as, individualized parenting skills we were able to get them on the right track towards reunification.
