We’ve unfortunately had to close down our small business due to the coronavirus pandemic. Whilst Ellyn was a relatively recent arrival on the team, she had an immediate impact on our business. The kind of person you want to have around when the pressure is on. • A good communicator and good with people She picked up the relationships with our partners quickly and was immediately strong building rapport via video meetings and email. • A fast learner Ellyn was quickly learning her way through a significant volume of systems, processes, technical information and approaches in an entirely new industry. Although Ellyn and I haven't worked together for very long, I have been so impressed by her work ethic and attitude every time we interact at work. She has fantastic interpersonal skills, a beautiful personality and positive attitude. Some of her most commendable skills include her relationship building with key stakeholders and customers.
