  • Started with a small team, the head of design and myself. Assisted the head of design with trend research, catwalk collation and analysis, trend boards, colour palettes and collection building. • Progressed into designing for the clubwear collections, 6-8 looks every 8 weeks• Currently the sole designer for jersey dresses and skirts which account for 50% of the business. • Duties include: designing jersey dresses and skirts, focusing on fashion forward trends, alongside creating garments that are specific to our customer and brand, CAD technical drawings, visiting suppliers, trend research, competitive shopping, catwalk analysis, creating trend boards for jersey dresses and skirts, assisting the head of design with research, administration duties, print, colour and trend boards. • Working alongside buyers and merchandisers to create a solid design lead jersey dress and skirts team, working to a critical path• Design Accessories and bags for the accessories department, working with the buyer to develop 4 collections consisting of 3-4 bags each per phase, 3 phases per season.• Previously designing and creating graphics for online and social media marketing.
