My team hired Elliott for a Field Marketing program and he exceeded our expectations! He was punctual (sometimes arriving hours before his shift to build rapport with the store staff), energetic, and extremely knowledgeable about the product. He took the initiative to further train himself on the products and was a favorite with the store staff. Not only did he lead sales for the whole program, but he was one of my most trusted Field Representatives. Because of his outstanding performance, we asked Elliott to work separate events with high client visibility and interaction; he accepted this task with enthusiasm and did an amazing job.
