I grew and led a team of BI developers to deliver actionable data our business partners can understand and use every day. I specialized in collecting, cleansing and transforming data scattered throughout the company and remolding it as a ready resource to mine for strategic solutions. The Data Warehouse was built using mostly SQL Server technologies (SSIS, SSMS, SSAS). I led efforts to develop Dimensional data models for: Sales, Web Site Activity, Social Networking, Finance, Shipping and Email Marketing. In addition, we have built OLAP cubes for Merchandising, Site Traffic and Site Experience.
