  I provide design support for large-scale residential development projects. The majority of my time has been spent on the Walsh Ranch development in Parker County, just north of the intersection of I-20 and I-30. For this project I have coordinated pipeline infrastructure (water, sewer, and storm drain systems), drafted grading plans, and arranged for various development permits. In addition to this main project, I worked on the grading and drainage for Ridglea Country Club's front entrance remodel, and will soon begin working on the sewer pipelines for a new development called Enchanted Bay. Outside of my design responsibilities, I have also been the primary contact to bring new business to Huitt-Zollars in the form of a 100-acre mixed use commercial development that will include industrial distribution warehouses and retail storefronts.
