Elliot and Newpark Capital are the real deal in regards to private equity. Although we didn't quite get a deal done with them, we engaged on a deep level, visited their offices, met their advisors and listened to their strategies. We came away impressed with the Newpark team's extensive operational experience, their integrity through the process, their amazing advisory board and their access to capital. There are a lot of PE groups were I would use the term rather loosely. But it is obvious these guys are serious and will soon have a portfolio of companies under management.
Vincent Beerman
Elliot is a dynamic change agent. His ability to identify untapped opportunities while also addressing the difficult internal changes necessary to transform a business sets him apart as an executive. He has deep knowledge of both the IT systems and labor processes often lacking in medium size enterprises. Change management is not easy, nor is systems implementation, nor HR transformation. Elliot tackles all of these challenges with rigor and grace. His emotional intelligence matches his technical expertise, and that's a rare blend for an executive. I would welcome the opportunity to work with (or for) Elliot again.
Andris Zobs
Elliot joined our board of managers following a period of rapid expansion, including a new facility and growth capital. As an emerging middle market business, Elliot's expertise and guidance has proven invaluable. He contributes to our overall strategic direction, and provides insightful feedback on operational challenges every growing business faces. His ideas for new sales channels have been particularly helpful. Elliot has become a trusted and valuable collaborator who keeps us focused on our objectives while being mindful of our our core values and mission.
