I had the pleasure of working under Elliot's management during my time at Rinkit. Elliot's leads from the front and always encourages personal and professional growth, both within and outside the company. Some of my biggest professional achievements to date have been under the management of Elliot, and it is his management skill and style that allowed me to achieve these. Elliot is never afraid to get his hands dirty, and will always assist in monotonous (but essential) tasks if asked. It is this lead from the front style of management that has made me respect him as a manager and director so much. On top of that, Elliot is a great motivator, installing a drive in the whole department. In future roles I will look back on my time being managed by Elliot and ensure I adopt some of the management skills he has taught me.

His skills in sales, marketing and omni-channel distribution has lead him to grow a business to become a top 100 Amazon seller, have a website turning over millions of pounds a year and leading a team in sales and marketing for both B2C and B2B. On top of his business development skills, Elliot has the ability to research and predict market changes which is an absolute strategic asset.
