Personal Travel Manager
-
Nov 2015 - Aug 2018
Since starting at Flight Centre it was my duty to manage and grow my portfolio of clients, spending from £10K to £200k on travel each year. I ended my time here managing a portfolio with a gross annual turnover of over £2million and built this from scratch in under 2 years. My day to day tasks ranged from booking flights, 5-star accommodation, private chauffeurs and more. To do this successfully I provided excellent customer service often going above-and-beyond for my clients and used a range of sales techniques to negotiate a fair deal for everyone involved. Customer retention and new client generation was also a major part of my role. I was also charged with the day to day collection of sales data and margins using predominantly Microsoft Excel.

Store Manager
-
Jan 2015 - Nov 2015
I started my role here as a sales consultant quickly progressing to store manager after 3 months due to my excellent results and drive in the role. As store manager I excelled expectations for both personal and shop targets set out by the company by consistently improving on year on year figures, increasing margin and proactively sourcing a large number of new clients by also taking on the vacant BDM role. Floor Supervisor
-
Sep 2013 - Jul 2014
In this job I had many roles as a supervisor, ranging from ensuring the floor staff were well motivated and working to the best ability, every zone in store was covered, customers were happy and my own personal sales targets. I was seen as a top member of staff and even won area bonuses and regional rewards for my number of high value sales, work ethic and great attitude. Event Organizer Promotion and Sales
-
May 2011 - Sep 2013
My predominant role here was the nightly promotion and sales to passing custom using various customer service and sales techniques. Alongside this I sold tickets for different events ranging from ‘Pukka Up’ sunset boat parties to club nights at BCM and other large venues across the Balearics. This was a very competitive job due to the large number of other sellers, even so I excelled. Due to this on my return in 2013 I was charged with my own sales team who I drove from a leading role to break targets and in turn create not only a large revenue for the events but also an excellent personal income for myself and the team.
