  We explored various options for communication between a fourth grade student and a social robot in association with the project Lust att Läsa. Various options were explored, including Eliza models and different kinds of chatbots, but ultimately we settled on GPT-3. We looked into ways to discuss books in Swedish with GPT-3, using the Pepper robot from SoftBank Robotics as an interface.

The first project is titled Good Auditory Ecology for Active and Healthy Aging, and its purpose is to investigate the different kinds of noisy environments older people find themselves in. The other is a clinical controlled trial to determine whether a combined auditory-cognitive training improves hearing in older adults with age-related hearing loss.
