As a Consultant for Premier Advisory Group, I work to produce exceptional deliverables for clients and provide evidence-based solutions across Educational and Governmental sectors. I foster synergies between multiple stakeholders to generate positive impacts, drive change and help clients to achieve their strategic objectives and seek to exceed their expectations in terms of quality and satisfaction, devising innovative solutions to overcome their challenges. Clients I have worked for have included a wide range of single and multi-academy trusts, local Government, housing developers, maintained schools, special schools, alternative provision and federations.I have developed and applied my skills in project management and consultancy in projects including the pre-opening project management of new schools, MAT formation, academy conversion, SEND reviews for Local Authorities, Childcare Sufficiency Assessments, collaborative working/partnership of trusts, free school applications and identification, project planning, bid writing and financial management (ICFP).

As an intern for PAG, I conducted quantitate and qualitative social research to provide evidence-based solutions for the organisation's clients. I conducted interviews with clients and stakeholders and facilitated and assisted with workshops and focus groups. As part of my internship, I gathered and analysed data and executed policy analysis.Premier Advisory Group is a multi-disciplinary management and social research consultancy. We work across education, government, commercial and third sectors to help our clients achieve their strategic objectives.
