      Before COVID-19 restrictions, I volunteered my time at a women's refuge, helping with physical activities and also taking part in programs to further my understanding of abuse. Since lockdown, I have co-authored a report for commissioners of MK-ACT, illustrating the impact that COVID-19 has had on both victims of domestic abuse, and the services that help them. I remain a volunteer for Women's Aid, and will continue this work after lockdown restrictions cease.
