A delivery officer for the National Citizens Service (NCS) at the Tigers Trust. NCS is a voluntary, personal and social development programme for 16-17 year olds. Roles included: Promotion and recruitment. Delivering presentations to groups of between 5-300 young people, visiting community clubs and holding stands at careers fairs.Building up rapport with young people, and maintaining professional relationships with schools and external agencies.Updating the online database, sales force, to ensure progress towards targets could be easily monitored and evaluated. Leading groups of around 15 young people through the programme, ensuring completion by engaging, motivating and inspiring them throughout all phases.

NCS is a voluntary, personal and social development programme for 16-17 year olds.
