Martin Lumsdon
I have worked with Ellie in her role as sales leader for an outsourcing engagement in 2020 and into 2021. This was Ellie's first role in such an engagement and as such she had a very steep learning curve, this is always an uncomfortable position to be in but Ellie grasped this very difficult challenge full on and did an exceptionally good job of getting us to the finishing line. Ellie had to overcome a number of challenges on a very complex deal working through internal bureaucracy and politics as well as the client challenges that were given to us. Ellie demonstrated tenacity, empathy, strong communication skills and the ability to keep the team on point with the final objective in mind all the time during all the challenges we faced and there were many, most of all I was impressed by her ability to keep her positive attitude which helped us all. I believe Ellie is an asset to any organisation as a sales leader and I hope our paths cross again in the future.
