Since it’s PE investment in December 2020, One Beyond has grown rapidly from 100 to 300 employees, both organically and via acquisitions. I have built up the Finance team, onboarded strategic partners, integrated acquisitions, performed FDD on targets, and delivered a successful audit in a technically complex environment. My focus has been on professionalising the finance function, preparing the business for exit readiness, and ensuring the Finance team deliver shareholder value.
