She has managed many different characters at the same time and all have gained confidence in their time with her. Working day-to-day whilst at University supervising the ride operators, often having to rectify difficult situations, often requiring problem solving on the spot, with a positive outcome. As well as supervising an area of the park, my role would also include the task of interviewing and training seasonal staff members each year. In this role, I was also fortunate enough to complete both a ‘Train the Trainer’ and Leadership and Management course to develop my knowledge further.
