Ellie is a fantastic person to work with. Very supportive of her colleagues and highly committed to her role, she is a great teacher who really cares about her students.

Ellie was part of my team at Next Cowley as a sales consultant. She was a key member of staff and performed to a very high standard at all times. Ellie had no problem with taking on additional responsibilities when asked and got involved in supporting newer members of staff with their training. She always went above and beyond in to deliver exceptional levels of service, even at the busiest of times! I have no hesitation in recommending Ellie to any future employer, she was fantastic to work with and an absolute pleasure to have as a member of staff!

I completed a weeks work experience at a secondary school which was incredibly insightful. I was able to speak to the necessary people about my teacher training process and all of my questions regarding it were answered.During the week I shadowed a year 8 pupil, saw the discipline process up close and first hand, and was lucky enough to plan and conduct a lesson for year 10 and 12 alongside the trainee teacher at the time. I learned a lot in this week from highly experienced teachers and I intend on putting these skills into practise during my next work experience placement.

This role included offering the highest standard of customer service at all times. Working alongside managers to secure the sale of memberships for the facilities. Ensuring the centre was clean and presentable prior to every session and continuously throughout the day. Cashing up at the end of the shift boosted my mathematical and financial skills. Role included working as part of a team to ensure that all daily tasks were completed and targets met. Ensuring the highest level of customer service is displayed at all times. As I was just 16 when I started this role, it enhanced my communication and time management skills drastically.
