  Responsible for managing the production timeline for the Tops/Blouses category for the Jacqui E business. This would include liaising with the offshore suppliers in briefing all new styles to be developed for each monthly range, negotiate costing to ensure margins are being met as well as negotiate garment deliveries. Managing the critical path and monitoring production schedules and freight timelines is also a crucial part of my role. Ensuring shipments are running on time and problem solving where necessary if delays come about. In addition to this I work closely with the Graphic Designers on CAD drawings, advising on any updates to styles and/or deliveries and oversee print options.
