  I've worked as a Recruiting and Placement Consultant at excelHR for over a year. My goal is to introduce the best candidates to the right employers, every time.To succeed at this, I manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This included posting professional job ads, actively seeking referrals, searching various recruitment sources, as well as our internal database, to find qualified candidates. From there I pre-screen resumes and conduct interviews to find the best match for my client. Once a selection has been made, I oversee the pre-employment process as well, including reference checks and wage negotiation.
