I worked at Port of New Orleans checking in guests to their cruise. I worked every Sunday during the seasons while in high school. I would come in contact with around 100 people a day and was responsible for making sure their credentials were real and up-to-date. This job required a lot of patience and person-to-person contact. Many times I would encounter anxious clients who would turn their frustration on to me and I would have to address these conflicts and maintain their satisfaction through our help.
