  - Proactive tracking of soon to be discontinued products and alerting clients of such accordingly. This is done through effective supply chain management and communication to understand what products are being discontinued and when. This is tracked in Excel by product, region, time and client to highlight where resources need to be allocated as a priority. - Providing recommendations to clients on what they may need to purchase based on diligent analysis of current client stockpiles, usage and order history. - Standardising all data sources appropriately whether qualitative or quantitative to ensure highest possible standard of data coming in from various sources (such as suppliers) and going out to clients. - Management and tracking of all ongoing client orders and open contracts, highlighting resources dedicated to each ongoing project split by region, time and late flags. This tracker is predominantly used to allocate resources effectively to the highest priority items. - Ensuring risk is managed effectively during the contract negotiation process and that all processes from start to finish are accountable to an individual or team and clearly defined and understood via internal sign-off documents. - Organising weekly telecoms and check-ins with the relevant global partner companies (Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK) to ensure projects are being tracked correctly and all information recorded is current.
