  I work in the laboratory of Dr. James Coffman. I manage the lab's zebrafish colony, create novel lines using CRISPR-Cas9, and perform a variety of molecular biology and surgical techniques. I have coauthored publications and presented our work at conferences. I also mentor undergraduate and high school students in the lab, and help teach short courses.
