  The Pointe at Kilpatrick is a supportive living community and participant in the Low-Income-Tax Credit (LITC) Programs for those who are income qualified. The LITC program is governed by the Illinois Housing Development Association (IHDA) . The Supportive Living program (SLF) is governed by the Illinois Department of Health Care and Family Services (IDHC) . I was responsible for a facets of compliance for both programs. The Pointe at Kilpatrick was deficient free and fiscally sound during my tenure.
