When working with Ellen I found her to be understanding and calm no matter what challenge or task she was faced with. Alongside this I found Ellen to be a true team player, who was always open to hear others ideas and help with coding problems. Her development skills and knowledge always impressed me when she was demoing projects as she would've implement functionality that was complex but thought through inline with the task. A true star who I cannot recommend highly enough.
