Having managed Elle earlier in her career, her intelligence, determination, enthusiasm, confidence, and ability to communicate across organisational levels, shone through from the start. Elle will be an asset to any team.

am more than happy to provide Elle with a reference and would highly recommend her to any employer and furthermore would not hesitate in employing her again if the situation arises. Elle is a hard-working and conscientious individual with a keen eye for detail and an ability to turn financial data into meaningful and appropriate reporting for a wide selection of interested parties. On the whole, Elle supported me in project, month end and balance sheet analysis and reporting, reviewing P&Ls with our senior business partners - having a direct relationship with over 200 branch managers and over 20 business supporting managers (Sales, Products & Marketing, Commercial etc.). On numerous occasions, I relied heavily on Elle to cover for me whilst I was seconded onto project work and was pleased with her performance. Elle works well on her own and as part of a team, ensuring that her workload is covered and assisting other team members to acheive their workloads. She supported and challenged the business contacts to ensure that there were no adverse P&L implications with their commercial proposals. Elle always looks to develop herself and shares her learning with colleagues. Elle suits a role that is people focussed as she is very sociable, confident and outgoing.

I was progressed on to an exciting new M&S contract, whilst also remaining in control of an existing contract. This has given me the opportunity to get involved in a high profile & exciting new development for M&S, whilst continuing to add value to an established contract which is still experiencing a lot of growth. We report to both internal and external stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis, on a variety of KPIs and financial indicators for both contracts.
