At the start of my apprenticeship I was able to communicate with people face to face but 2 months in the Covid-19 pandemic started which changed the way the team could work, this meant that all work and meetings took place remotely via Outlook Emails, Zoom and Microsoft Teams for audio/video calls.• I am able to use a range of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I frequently use software packages almost every day for a variety of tasks. For example: Excel spreadsheets for student/employer information and reports, Word for minutes, agendas and referral documents.• I take minutes for 6 of our employer panel meetings and provide the documents for all attendees, including the Chair and the work experience advisors. All documents used to make sure these meetings go as smoothly as possible contains employer information which hold sensitive and confidential information, such as employers contact details. I am is careful to use encrypted email software when distributing and saving these documents.• I take part in regular training to remind herself of all the regulations within our organisation, such as health and safety, data protection, safeguarding and fire safety.• I am punctual when attending work, meetings and work-related events. I am always considerate to ensure that she acts accordingly and represents the organisations values. I would like to say I am proactive and has self-motivation to complete tasks and is able to motivate others by offering help. Show less
