I am pleased to write this recommendation for Ella, who successfully organized and managed a remarkable event on their campus for a professional business fraternity with attendees from six different campuses. As the lead organizer, Ella demonstrated exceptional skills in coordinating a gathering of over 300 participants, ensuring smooth logistics for those traveling, serving as the primary point of contact for the event, and overseeing a planning team who usually manage her. Ella's meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities were evident throughout the entire event planning process. Their ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure under pressure was truly remarkable. Her exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities allowed them to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Their collaborative and approachable nature fostered a positive and productive working environment, resulting in a cohesive and highly successful event. Overall, Ella's contribution to the event was invaluable, and their ability to organize and manage such a large-scale gathering is a testament to their exceptional skills and dedication.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Ella in multiple ways during her time at the University of Arizona. As a student, she was an active participant in my large lecture Analytical Methods of Business course and mastered the material that many students struggle with including advanced Business Analytics concepts and Excel and Tableau case assignments. She later accepted my offer to become a protector for the course. This is something that is only offered to the very top students from the past semesters. In this role she reviewed the material and then helped students by holding weekly in-person office hours that supported our nearly 700+ students. She was also one of the few students who also assisted with the in-person lab/discussion sections. During this time she would walk around and help troubleshoot issues with Excel and Tableau in real-time. It required her to quickly assess the issue, walk students through the fix, and then help them get caught up with the rest of the class. This can be an extremely stressful position for the preceptors, but Ella excelled in the role and many students commended her for her help! I, along with my students, were lucky to have her. She is an extremely smart, motivated, and personable individual that will be successful in whatever she chooses to pursue in the future. I look forward to following her career and hearing of her successes.
