Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom I work with you in a way that will support you to explore and engage with the challenges that you (we all at times) face. I offer compassion and a non judgmental space in which we come together to look at things through different lenses. I have a huge respect for people taking the leap of faith and starting therapy. I’m particularly drawn to working with people surviving sexual violence and rape (men and women). You deserve to thrive in life. Being a problem gambler affects many aspects of a person’s life- jobs, finances, trust, relationships etc. There is a way to stop. Supporting families understand the challenges involved and finding ways in which they can develop healthy boundaries for themselves in relation to the gambler is important. Over 10 years experience of working with counsellors in training, both counselling and supervision. This is a particular joy to me. Experience of working with children and young people as well as adults Living with a life limiting illness, chronic pain and the symptoms that come with this can be overwhelming- let’s talk about your transition and loss. Experienced Therapeutic Counselling Supervisor (group and individual). #EFT #Mindfulness #CreativeTherapy #TalkingTherapy Show less
