My role as a video journalist at That’s TV encompasses much more than simply shooting and editing packages. On a daily basis I film and edit multiple stories against a very strict deadline, filming mostly on location and including breaking news- all stories are researched and booked by myself. I also present two different ‘recorded as live’ half an hour news programmes for two stations, perform live interviews and cut and schedule the news programmes using FMC and AQ. The experience which I have gained in this job is invaluable, the obligation to complete quality packages under urgent time constraints has increased my speed of editing and filming. Presenting two news broadcasts daily has improved my overall elocution, which has benefitted both voice over work and in studio recording. Show less

Mustard TV is a local TV station to Norwich covering news in and around the area. The show I was predominantly working on was a chat show called the Mustard show. I spent my time here booking guests, working behind the scenes, learning how to produce a video. I also went out and filmed for the news programme and interviews members of the public about "pirate day". Mustard TV is a local TV station to Norwich covering news in and around the area.
