  Brand and marketing manager for a newly started e-commerce company with a two-way revenue model; one part affiliate marketing with a focus on unique and high-end fashion, one part a second hand marketplace. The goal is to become the first Swedish company with a streamlined service for buying and selling new as well as second hand clothing with a certificate of authenticity. My role has in part been to set up the structure of internal communication and define the concept and structure of pitch decks, as well as to plan and structure content and social media presence and set a game plan for launch, brand development and future campaigns.   A part time position as a project consultant with the intent of exploring the potential of a book-based community for Akademibokhandeln and Bokus as well as the testing of a new, more agile form of teamwork. The team consisted of personel with differing positions and experience from within the two companies, and worked as a creative think tank where promoting of flexibility and creativity mixed with analysis of future market developments and other more traditional project work elements.
