In this role working alongside a range of other university ambassadors and faculty recruitment managers I have:- Been the face of the Education studio in the 2020 online Open Day, broadcasting to 20 000 students and presenting information on degrees with a range of senior academics- Represented Macquarie at a range of schools across Greater Sydney with the goal of making connections with schools and students and informing students of the range of degree options and entry pathways into Macquarie - Delivered in person and online (linked below) informational seminars both individually and with a range of Macquarie's senior academics on our range of education degrees for both undergraduate and postgraduate students - Been chosen as the only education student in my cohort to become an ambassador due to my passion for informing others on our education programs and the university as a whole, as well as my drive within my studies thus far- Been assigned as a mentor for a number of students across Sydney who have been identified by their teachers as being strong candidates to come to Macquarie- Conducted campus tours and 'Macquarie in a Day' to give a range of students the chance to experience university life and specialised buildings for their area/s of interest- Regularly conducted one-on-one consultations with undergraduate and postgraduate students guiding them on any questions they had across the different facilities, as well as entry pathways and enrolment concerns- Participated in video and photoshoots for promotional material for Macquarie including being selected to be the 2021 face of the School of Education Show less
