  At Mozzo our aim is to make a positive impact at every point of contact; from bean too cup. I play a major part in the delivery of thorough and extensive training to all of our partners. In my day-to-day I interact and engage with all walks of people, constantly having to adapt in ways to best suit my trainees. In my day-to-day I interact and engage with all walks of people, constantly having to adapt in ways to best suit my trainees. This could be catering to a student with a learning disability whilst running a college lecture; or identifying a trainees different learning style and adapting my session accordingly. I truly find nothing as encouraging or rewarding than planting a seed of interest with a trainee and watching them blossom into an enthusiastic, passionate version of themselves. Show less
