Rossella is an associate lecturer at Camberwell, part of the small team in the Sculpture specialism in Foundation. She has been a reliable and creative member of the team, supporting students in their highly diverse practice, and providing tutorial support to a selected group. Her broad experience enables her to connect with students' ideas and guide them towards deeper personal research. She is additionally expected to provide references for the UCAS application programme, and is part of the regular assessment process. Additionally, Rossella has been able to run technical workshops for the group in various digital media, giving students the means to work independently with digital imaging applications, allowing them to create digital portfolios, film editing, and image editing. She has worked with an extremely diverse group, with varying prior experience, and has managed to support them all to the extent of their abilities with clarity and patience. Rossella is determined that her students will achieve their full potential, and supports them with energy and dedication.
