  Energy and More was a vibrant Yoga Studio at Sydney's North Shore. Physical and mental wellbeing has been its main focus. Energy and More had a strong emphasis on Teenage Wellbeing. It was Sydney's first studio to offer a wellbeing curriculum based yoga/wellbeing classes for Teenagers Year 13 and up , combining methods like positive psychology, mindfulness, role play, discussions, yoga and guided relaxations to learn about mental health prevention strategies. Teenage Wellbeing workshops have been carried out for schools and governmental and non profit organisations: e.g. Headspace, Mission Australia, Ravenswood School for Girls, Pymble Ladies College and RedlandsGrammar School.
