  De Straffe Madammen Club is maakt vrouwen zichtbaar in media, op congrespodia en in bedrijven. Via maandelijkse netwerkevents, gerichte acties met concrete impact op het terrein i.s.m. partners zoals VRT, Stella P , Startit@KBC en Think Talent. Alle events zijn voor iedereen toegankelijk. Check onze kalender op straffemadammen.com Volg onze LinkedIn pagina en mis geen enkele update over onze activiteiten.4 jaar, meer dan 50 events, bijna 2500 leden uit zeer diverse sectoren. Er is geen formeel, maar een moreel lidmaatschap, alle leden helpen actief om de missie waar te maken. § Elke maand organiseer ik een #StraffeM netwerkvent met een vrouwelijke gastspreker, gericht op het uitwisselen van ervaringen en het doorbreken van persoonlijke barrières. Vrouwen maken elkaar sterker en geven elkaar een duw in de rug om toch te gaan voor die promotie, dat interview of die speech. Ook mannen die inspanningen leveren om vrouwelijk talent actief te helpen, zijn welkom. § In 2015 stelden 200 vrouwelijke experten zich op mijn vraag kandidaat voor radio en tv tijdens een actie i.s.m. de VRT. 40 van hen komen vandaag regelmatig aan bod in de media. § Sinds 2016 stelden 500 vrouwen zich kandidaat als bestuurder op vraag van Straffe Madammen en Stella P, tientallen zijn ondertussen al aan de slag in een adviesraad of Raad van Bestuur. § In 2016 ontwikkelden we samen met Think Talent het format 72 hours reload, unieke ervaringen en connecties met vrouwen in het buitenland. Er waren reeds edities in Portugal, New York en Marrakech. Er zijn 2 edities per jaar, inschrijven voor de volgende kan op www.72hoursreload.com§ In 2017 werkten we samen met Startit@KBC om meer vrouwen aan te zetten ondernemer te worden.
