I was a part of the State Duma Committee on Issues of the Commonwealth of Independent States and Contacts with Fellow Countryman. During this internship, I was supporting the work of the Committee as well as conducting academic research for my undergraduate thesis "International organizations in energy sector". This internship has allowed me to conduct extensive research on statutory law as well as on case law on issues related to corporate law and insolvency in order to help in developing legal positions with other associates and to find creative solutions. I have also proven that I can work both unsupervised and in a team as well as stay calm when faced with pressure or challenges. I was entrusted to present a case in court myself after which I received positive feedback from a senior lawyer.
